Hold Harmless and Disclaimer Re: War Driving Contest:


Any/All contestants who:


Improperly or illegally access a network or enter access points 
non-encrypted or otherwise by any means with or without intent
are subject  to the following conditions:

1) Are not protected from any/all civil or criminal liabilities by the 
Defcon Conference, Defcon Communications Inc., or the
Alexis Park Hotel and;

2) Will be considered by the above listed entities as on an 
Independent Adventure, and subject to their own
civil/criminal consequences and will hold the above cited entities 
harmless from any of the above listed consequences they
incur.
